Matthew 6:10
According to Matthew 6:9-13 there is a model prayer we are privileged to read which says in part, vs.10 "Let your Kingdom come, . . ." There is a singular kingdom that Jesus prayed for to come and by establishing His will to rule on earth as it does in the heavens, will bring the intended hoped for results for which Jesus had prayed.
By looking at the use of the word Kingdom, it can be easily determined that this is a living, operative government or kingdom with a King, a domain over which to rule, co-rulers, laws, a court system and subjects over which to rule.
This scripture does not say Kingdoms plural, but Kingdom in the singular. There are other verses in the Bible which also use this term as the following posts will consider next.
